Mr. Young served honorably in the military from 1990-1992 during the Persian Gulf War. After military life Mr. Young attended the
College of Law Enforcement at Eastern Kentucky University and became a Police Officer until 2001. He then transitioned careers due to a government merger and became a project manager and was trained under the tutorage of one of the top PM's for Pulte Homes. Mr. Young then took the experience he gained and started his own General Contracting business and built and remodeled homes in Kentucky, Indiana, and also the Mississippi Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Young created blueprints for various structures and even mentored the owner of a startup Contracting business in Bay St. Louis, MS. Mr. Young performed many rehab jobs on destroyed homes as well as adding to his work resume by completing post-Katrina work on the residence of the Chief Building Inspector for Picayune, MS. Mr. Young has also performed many rehabs on distressed properties in Indianapolis. Mr. Young is a licensed, bonded, and insured Contractor in the city of Indianapolis with a focus on real estate investments.
Mr. Young keeps updated on local codes and works well and understands the requirements and expectations of Code
Enforcement officials. Mr. Young built new structures on the Mississippi Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Young is
well versed in both the administrative and technical aspects of rehabbing residential structures. Mr. Young is well
acquainted with local, international, and FEMA codes. He has created forms used by real estate companies for such things as
estimates, check lists, and contracts. Mr. Young has an excellent eye for detail and can confidently and competently
move a project from demolition to finish. Mr. Young has worked as both a highly skilled Project Manager and a local business owner.
